You must have permission from every identifiable person shown in an image before uploading it.

Google processes this information to return an AI-generated response or image.
Where Gemini API is accessed through a Google Cloud project with active billing, Google states that prompts, uploaded files, and responses are not used to improve its products and are processed under its applicable data-processing terms.
Google may retain limited information for security, abuse monitoring, legal compliance, and service operation in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.
We do not intentionally contribute user prompts, uploaded images, or generated posters to public datasets or model-training programs.
