Terms of Service

AI Business Poster Maker

Effective Date: 3 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Business Poster Maker (“App” or “Service”), provided by Artistry Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

AI Business Poster Maker allows users to:

• Browse and customize predefined poster templates

• Create business and promotional posters using artificial intelligence

• Generate posters using text, business information, or instructions

• Upload images for use in AI-generated posters

• Add business names, logos, contact information, offers, addresses, and other content

• Save, download, and share generated or customized posters

Certain features require credits or an active subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed toward children or individuals under 18 years of age.

3. User Content

“User Content” includes images, logos, photographs, text, business information, contact details, prompts, instructions, and other material you upload or provide through the App.

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content.

We do not claim ownership of the images, logos, text, or other materials you upload.

3.2 Permission to Process User Content

You grant Artistry Solutions a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, modify, and process your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the requested poster-generation service

• Customize predefined templates

• Send relevant content to authorized AI and technology providers

• Store your posters or generation history when applicable

• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service

• Comply with legal obligations

This permission ends when the content is no longer reasonably required for these purposes, subject to legal, security, backup, and record-retention requirements.

3.3 Your Responsibilities

By uploading or providing User Content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it

• You have permission from identifiable people shown in uploaded images

• You have the right to use any uploaded business name, logo, trademark, product image, photograph, or copyrighted material

• The content does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights

• The content is not illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or misleading

• You will not upload confidential or sensitive information unless you have the legal right and appropriate authority to do so

You are responsible for your User Content and for how you use, publish, advertise, or distribute completed posters.

4. Gemini API and Third-Party Processing

The App uses Google’s Gemini API and may use other authorized service providers to create AI-generated posters.

When you request an AI-generated poster, relevant information may be transmitted to Google or another authorized provider, including:

• Your poster instructions or prompts

• Business information entered for the poster

• Images or logos you choose to upload

• Technical information required to process the request

Third-party processing is subject to the applicable provider’s terms, policies, security practices, and service availability.

More information about our collection, use, storage, and deletion of information is provided in the Privacy Policy available within the App and on the App’s store listing.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated posters may contain errors, inaccurate text, unexpected visual elements, distorted images, incorrect branding, or other imperfections.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be:

• Accurate, complete, or error-free

• Unique or original

• Suitable for a particular commercial purpose

• Free from similarity to content generated for other users

• Eligible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property protection

• Compliant with advertising laws in every country or industry

You must review every poster before publishing, printing, sharing, or using it for business purposes.

You are responsible for verifying:

• Prices, discounts, dates, and promotional claims

• Business names and contact information

• Product information and availability

• Legal disclaimers

• Trademark and copyright permissions

• Compliance with local advertising and consumer-protection laws

AI-generated content must not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, or advertising-compliance advice.

6. Rights to Posters and Templates

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use posters created through the App for your lawful personal or business marketing purposes.

Predefined templates, design elements, graphics, software, branding, and user-interface components remain owned by or licensed to Artistry Solutions and its licensors.

You may use a customized or downloaded poster as part of your own advertising or business activity. However, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute an unmodified template as a standalone product

• Copy or extract templates to create a competing template service

• Claim ownership of the App’s underlying templates, software, or design system

• Sell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the App

• Reverse engineer or attempt to reproduce the App’s poster-generation technology

AI-generated results may not be unique, and other users may receive identical or similar results.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertisements

• Impersonate another person, company, organization, or brand

• Generate fake endorsements, reviews, certificates, invoices, or official documents

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights

• Create hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or exploitative content

• Create content involving the sexual exploitation of children

• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm another person

• Promote prohibited products, illegal services, scams, or dangerous activities

• Upload another person’s image without permission

• Circumvent AI safety systems, credit requirements, payments, or security restrictions

• Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or unauthorized APIs to access the Service

• Perform bulk generation, scraping, resale, or abusive activity

• Disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with the App or its service providers

We may reject prompts, block content, deduct or restrict credits, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

8. Subscription Plans

The App currently offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Weekly Plan

• Price: ₹349 per week

• Credits: 100 credits for each successful weekly billing period

Monthly Plan

• Price: ₹1,299 per month

• Credits: 400 credits for each successful monthly billing period

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your country and app-store settings.

The final price, currency, taxes, plan availability, introductory offers, and promotional pricing will be displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before purchase. The price displayed by the applicable store at the time of confirmation will apply.

We may change subscription prices for valid commercial, operational, technical, or service-related reasons. Any price change will be communicated and implemented according to applicable law and the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

9. How Credits Work

Credits are used as follows:

• 1 credit: Customize or download one normal predefined poster

• 5 credits: Generate one AI business poster without uploading your own image

• 8 credits: Generate one AI business poster using an image uploaded by you

Credits are deducted when an eligible poster request is successfully submitted for processing.

A credit charge may still apply if a poster is successfully generated but does not fully match your expectations. AI results can vary, and dissatisfaction with the design, style, text, colors, or composition does not automatically qualify for credit restoration.

If no poster is generated because of a confirmed technical failure, the deducted credits may be automatically restored or restored after review by our support team.

Subscription credits:

• Are added after a successful purchase or renewal

• Are associated with your App account or purchase identity

• Cannot be transferred, shared, sold, or exchanged

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Expire at the end of the applicable subscription billing period

• Do not roll over to a new billing period unless the App expressly states otherwise

• May be removed or corrected if granted because of fraud, a refund, a payment reversal, or a technical error

Any promotional or complimentary credits may have separate limits or expiration conditions shown when they are provided.

10. Advertisements and Ad-Free Access

The free version of the App may display advertisements.

After a successful subscription purchase, advertisements are removed while:

• Your subscription entitlement remains active; and

• You have valid subscription credits available

Advertisements may be displayed again when:

• Your available credit balance reaches zero

• Your credits expire

• Your subscription ends or is cancelled

• A renewal payment fails

• Your purchase is refunded or reversed

• The App cannot verify your active subscription

Purchasing a subscription does not permanently remove advertisements. Ad-free access is a subscription benefit linked to an active entitlement and available credits.

11. Automatic Renewal and Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

Payment is charged to the payment method associated with your applicable store account after you confirm the purchase.

The applicable store controls:

• Payment processing

• Subscription renewal

• Taxes and currency conversion

• Payment authorization

• Billing recovery and grace periods

• Subscription cancellation

• Refund eligibility

Deleting the App or deleting an App account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

12. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings.

Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not normally end the current paid billing period immediately. You may continue using remaining benefits until the subscription or credits expire, subject to the applicable store’s policies.

Unused credits are not converted to cash or refunded when a subscription is cancelled.

13. Refunds

Refunds are governed by applicable law and the policies of the store through which the purchase was completed.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refund requests must generally be submitted to Apple.

For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s applicable refund process and policies.

Artistry Solutions may not be able to directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google.

A poster that is successfully generated but does not match personal expectations does not automatically qualify for a refund or credit restoration.

14. Advertisements and External Services

The App may display advertisements or contain links to third-party websites, products, or services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, privacy practices, availability, or transactions. Your interaction with a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

15. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted access

• Error-free AI processing

• A particular generation speed

• Availability of every template or feature

• That Gemini API or another third-party service will always remain available

• That generated posters will satisfy every user’s preferences

We may add, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider changes, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

Temporary service interruptions do not automatically entitle users to refunds, except where required by law or platform policy.

16. Intellectual Property

The App and its software, branding, interface, templates, graphics, design elements, databases, and original content are owned by or licensed to Artistry Solutions.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its underlying intellectual property to you.

“Gemini” and other third-party names, trademarks, and services belong to their respective owners. The App’s use of the Gemini API does not imply that Google sponsors or endorses the App.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse User Content or generated posters

• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

• You attempt to avoid credit or payment requirements

• Your activity creates legal, security, or technical risks

• A platform provider or government authority requires us to do so

Termination may result in loss of access to unused credits, saved posters, or account history, subject to applicable law and platform policies.

You may stop using the App at any time.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim warranties regarding accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and satisfactory quality to the extent such warranties may legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artistry Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App

• Inaccurate or unsuitable AI-generated content

• Errors in poster text, prices, offers, or business information

• Loss of data, profits, customers, business, or opportunities

• Unauthorized use of uploaded or generated content

• Third-party service interruptions

• Advertising or business decisions based on generated posters

• Claims relating to content uploaded without proper permission

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Artistry Solutions harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your User Content

• Your use or misuse of generated posters

• Your violation of these Terms

• Misleading or unlawful advertising created through the App

• Content uploaded without the required rights or consent

• Your violation of another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, subscriptions, credit rules, advertising practices, AI providers, legal requirements, or business operations.

When these Terms are updated, the Effective Date will be revised. Where required, we will provide additional notice through the App or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction requirements, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

23. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy available within the App and on the App’s Apple App Store or Google Play Store listing.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how uploaded images, prompts, generated posters, device information, advertising information, and account data are collected, processed, stored, shared, and deleted.

24. Apple App Store Users

If you download or use AI Business Poster Maker through the Apple App Store, your use of the application is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and Apple's applicable terms, Apple's terms will apply where required.

25. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

AI Business Poster Maker may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID/App Store subscription settings.

Subscription prices, duration, included credits, and other benefits are displayed in the app before purchase.
